Rusty Harper is a 6th Generation Fern Farmer. His family-run fernery is based in Pierson, Florida and focuses on growing a variety of greens. Rusty’s Great, Great Grandfather started this business back in 1919. That makes 2019 their 100th year in operation. Isn’t that something!!!
After starting off growing Leatherleaf, Rusty has diversified his crop to serve designers and florists with other novelty greens and a wider array of different types of foliage.
Rusty has been a member of the FGFF coop since 2016 and we are so glad to have him and his team on board. Thanks Rusty!
